As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key team member representing our members on client support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. You exemplify our code of values and show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally, you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and can effectively manage various situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Route service calls
  • Verify and input work order information, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
  • The call pace is fast and continuous, with great attention to details
  • Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions
  • Communicate with technicians and maintain a flow in the office 
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of admin experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  • Positive Attitude
  • Team player who can work independently

We do offer a dental and retirement program.  We also offer 1 year of paid vacation after your first year and up to 3 weeks after 5 years.
